Present a diagram like a talk.
Lay out a diagram once. Author scenes that highlight, animate and frame it. Then present it to the room, one scene at a time.
Open expono Free · runs in your browser · no account
expono is for the moment you stand in front of a diagram and explain it. Instead of one crowded picture, you show the room a sequence: this part first, then how the pieces talk, then where it all lands. Every scene is a small, deliberate change to the same diagram, so the audience never loses their place.
Stage
Draw the diagram. Shapes from a pack, connectors that route themselves, frames and swimlanes, themes. Import from draw.io, Mermaid or Excalidraw if you already have one.
Story
Sequence the talk into acts and scenes. Each scene highlights, dims, animates or frames part of the diagram, with your speaker notes beside it.
Show
Present full-screen to the room from a presenter view with notes and a clicker. Works offline once it has loaded, so the venue's Wi-Fi is not part of the plan.
- Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. It is a web page. Open it and start.
- Your files stay yours. A project is one
.xpdfile on your disk. There is no server and nothing is uploaded. - Free while in pre-release. Presentations carry a small expono wordmark. A paid tier comes later; the free one stays.
Learn it
expono opens with a guide document that walks you through Stage, Story and Show in a few minutes. When you want the reference, the user guide covers every tool, and the tutorial builds a talk from a blank page.
